The Role – What will you be doing?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter, responsible for sourcing top talent for global clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies across our specialist industries
- Conducting candidate searches using our database, LinkedIn, job boards and social media
- Headhunting and engaging candidates through proactive outreach
- Preparing and presenting pre-qualified CVs to the business development team
- Coordinating interviews, including preparation, travel arrangements and debriefs
- Providing post-placement support, including accommodation, travel and compliance checks
- Identifying new business opportunities to support ongoing growth
What we’re looking for

- Are self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
- Have experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres or commission-based roles
- Are confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Are ambitious and motivated by progression and financial rewards
Desirable: Previous sales or target-driven experience (not essential – attitude is key!)
