Reed is hiring a Business Manager to join our Newcastle office, offering a high visibility opportunity within one of our most exciting and developing regions.

What you will be doing

Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants

Running and contributing to a 360-recruitment desk

Driving business growth across multiple specialisms

Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Expanding market share across the Newcastle region

Creating a high-performance culture focused on delivery, quality and development

Working collaboratively across specialisms, with no siloed structure

Exploring new markets and opportunities to grow revenue

Proven experience as a 360 recruiter

Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership

Strong commercial mindset and business development capability

A motivating and hands on approach to coaching and developing others
