Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Coventry, £45,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to take that next step in their career. JOB REF: 3959.
THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a full and varied residential property caseload with minimal supervision. • You will assist senior members of the team with more complex residential property matters. • The firm offers a unique culture and outlook with a commitment to care for their clients and staff. • You will be supported in your career and day to day working life and can expect a number of benefits.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. • You should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a conveyancing transaction from start to finish, under supervision and a natural flair for being organised, hardworking and motivated. • Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail • Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems
