Location: Lutterworth
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a growing freight forwarding business in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who’s looking to develop their career, increase their earnings, and progress within a growing logistics business.
You’ll be responsible for winning new B2B business, building relationships with customers, and helping companies with their freight and transport requirements across UK and international markets.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or account management
- Hungry, motivated, and confident speaking with businesses
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals
- Logistics or freight experience is a bonus, but not essential
