Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source top-tier legal talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in legal recruitment or professional services sector.
- Willingness to learn about the legal industry and its various practice areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- A passion for fostering successful, long-term professional relationships.
