Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £55,000+ (DOE) – This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and well-established team where you will be given meaningful responsibility and the chance to develop your skills quickly. JOB REF:4026.
THE ROLE: • This impressive Employment Law team supports organisations and individuals through the full lifecycle of workplace issues—from day-to-day HR queries and strategic people decisions through to complex disputes in the Employment Tribunal. • This is a broad and engaging position covering both advisory and contentious employment work. • You will manage your own matters while also supporting colleagues on larger and more complex projects. • The work is predominantly employer-focused, though experience acting for individuals will also be useful and valued.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE, who is confident handling employment law matters and keen to take the next step in their career. • You will have a solid grounding in employment law, both contentious and advisory • Experience with Employment Tribunal work (or a strong desire to build this area) • The team encourage early involvement in client work, business development and profile-raising activities, and we are committed to helping their people grow in a way that suits their strengths and ambitions. • If you’re looking for a role where you can combine strong technical work with client interaction and real career progression, we would be pleased to hear from you.
