You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing Dublin team with strong brand recognition, established relationships, and the tools to help you succeed from day one.
What you’ll be doing
Full 360 recruitment

Develop new business and build your own client portfolio across Ireland

Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on hiring strategy and market trends

Source, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle

Manage offers, negotiations, and successfully close placements
Candidate sourcing

Use a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting

Register, interview, and fully qualify candidates

Carry out compliance checks and manage candidate pipelines

Promote your candidates effectively and manage the full interview process

Deliver fast, high-quality results for your clients
Building relationships

Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

Provide expert advice and a high standard of service

Network consistently to generate new opportunities and grow your desk
