  • Supporting staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care
  • Working collaboratively with relevant governing bodies and partners
  • Contributing to service development and new business opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives on responsibility, leadership and making a positive impact.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism and commitment to inclusive care.

You will:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
  • Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
  • Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
  • Share our values and belief in person-centred, community-focused support

  • Generous Annual Leave
  • 25 days + 8 bank holidays (first 5 years)
  • Increasing to 28 days + 8 bank holidays after 5 years
