Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity at a welcoming law firm in the Clifton area who is looking to hire in their residential property team. As the ideal candidate, you would be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience. The department are instructed on a range of property transactions from first-time buyer purchases to complex, high-value portfolios.
What experience is required:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
- 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property law
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Right to buy
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across the conveyancing chain
- A collaborative mindset and professional approach
Your Role:
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
