In this role you will be able to provide on-site support for audit clients to include planning, day to day managing of workload and liaising with clients. You will have the opportunity to complete audit assignments, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established clients.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their Lancaster office.
Description
As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with managers and partners while overseeing junior staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading audit engagements for a varied client portfolio
- Planning and executing audit fieldwork in line with regulatory requirements
- Preparing statutory financial statements and audit reports
- Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and added-value services
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing standards
Profile
The successful Audit Senior will be:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
- Proven experience in an audit role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Experience of leading audits and supervising junior staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
