Private Client Tax Partner
We are working with a leading UK professional services firm looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner to join its established London team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing private client offering, with strong autonomy and clear strategic influence.
The Opportunity:
- Join a well-resourced and growing private client team with an excellent reputation in the HNW/UHNW market
- Take on a visible leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive the next phase of growth
- Access a strong and loyal client base, alongside significant headroom to build out new relationships and revenue streams
- Lead complex advisory work across international private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and trusts
- Play a key role in developing talent, shaping team structure, and driving commercial strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, both UK and international
- Deliver high-quality advice across areas such as:
- International tax and residence planning
- Trusts, estates and succession planning
- Structuring for entrepreneurs and family offices
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, both internally and externally
- Mentor and develop a team of high-performing tax professionals
- Collaborate with other service lines to provide holistic client solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Established Private Client Tax specialist operating at Director or Partner level
- Strong technical expertise across UK and international private client tax
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in building and scaling a practice
