About the Warehouse Operative role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including goods inward, picking, labelling, building shipments, dispatch duties, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and conducting stock checks.

Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
- Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts and products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Perform picking tasks accurately and efficiently, retrieving items from designated storage locations based on customer orders.
- Label products with appropriate identification information, ensuring clear and accurate labelling for easy identification during shipping and storage.
- Assemble and build shipments according to specified requirements, ensuring proper packaging and secure handling of products.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including organizing shipments, arranging transportation, and completing necessary documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, ensuring all aisles, storage areas, and workspaces are tidy and free from obstructions.
- Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and update records accordingly.
- Always adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, including proper handling of equipment, use of personal protective gear, and adherence to safety protocols.
What we are looking for in our Warehouse Operative:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment essential.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
