Job Title: Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Overview
An established Liverpool-based law firm is seeking a Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join its growing residential property team. This is a brand new role created due to continued expansion, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm that invests in its people.
The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity General residential property transactions You will have the autonomy to run your files while benefiting from administrative support.
Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and experienced Fee Earners Able to handle files independently with minimal supervision Strong organisational and client care skills
Working Arrangement Office-based in Liverpool (Anfield) Hybrid working Free on-site parking
