Residential Conveyancer – Swansea (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Swansea office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, modern and growing property team within a firm known for its strong client relationships, excellent service standards, and down-to-earth culture.
The Swansea office is a key part of the firm’s regional presence, offering a busy but well-structured environment where conveyancers are supported, trusted, and given the autonomy to manage their own work effectively.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
- New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)
- Direct communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Progressing transactions efficiently with a strong focus on service and communication
- Working collaboratively with support staff to ensure smooth file management
You’ll have full ownership of your caseload, with the benefit of experienced support and established systems to help you deliver an excellent client experience.

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Have proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Be confident managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Have excellent client care and communication skills
- Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment
