The Rewards

The Role
- Site Leadership: Supervise a small, efficient on-site installation team.
- Hands-on Execution: Assist with luxury decking, structural benches, and premium plant schemes.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main face of the company for corporate clients and hotel managers.
- Operations Link: Coordinate directly with the wider internal Operations Team on logistics.
- Heavy Labour: Lead by example when moving aggregates, mature trees, and large pots.
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (early starts from 4am -06:30 AM for example plus some nights :as job requires )
What You Need
- Background: Experience in commercial fit-out, joinery installation, shopfitting, or premium landscaping.
- Leadership: Proven ability to run small teams, manage sites, and handle client communication.
- Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual lifting alongside supervisory tasks.
- Reliability: Punctual, flexible, and ready for early morning starts ( occasional nights etc ) in Central London ++.
- Legal: Valid Right to Work in the UK and solid references.
- Bonus: CSCS card, driving licence, or horticultural knowledge are highly advantageous.
- Driving Licence : Company van ( no more than 6 points )
