Sales Executive

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong customer base, and the opportunity to represent a well-established automotive brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote finance, insurance, and additional products in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Previous automotive sales experience.
- Experience selling finance and value-added products.
- Knowledge of CRM and dealership management systems.
