We are delighted to be working with a highly respected, chartered independent financial planning practice based in Cheltenham, who are looking to appoint an additional Paraplanner (Level 4 qualified) to join their growing team.
This is a boutique firm with an outstanding reputation in the market, known for delivering exceptional financial planning advice and maintaining long-term client relationships. Despite their size, they are highly successful, well established and widely regarded as one of the leading practices in the region.
The Role
You will join a close-knit and collaborative team, providing high-quality technical paraplanning support to a team of experienced Financial Planners. This is a key role within the business, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and tailored financial planning solutions for clients.
Working closely with advisers, you will be involved in complex casework and will have genuine input into the advice process, within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of detailed, compliant suitability reports
- Technical research across pensions, investments, tax and protection
- Supporting advisers with complex client cases and strategy work
- Liaising with providers, advisers, and internal teams
- Ensuring all advice and documentation meets regulatory standards
- Contributing to an efficient and high-quality paraplanning function
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Experience in a Paraplanner role within an IFA/wealth management environment
- Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing ability
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
