We are working with a primary school in BS3 who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their team. This is a full time position where you will take ownership of your own class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils through their final year of primary education.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about preparing children for their transition to secondary school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating a supportive classroom environment during this important stage of their learning journey.

Person Specification
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) – Recent experience teaching upper Key Stage 2 – Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation – Experience with phonics, guided reading and differentiated learning – Excellent behaviour management skills – Understanding of the national curriculum and SEND support – Ability to plan creative and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire – Enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing – Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
