As an Operations Supervisorbased in Eastleigh you’ll be responsible for:

Serving customers behind the trade counter and provide product recommendation.

Processing orders online and in store from suppliers.

Managing stock in the warehouse and trade counter.

Dealing and opening new accounts in order to generate new business.

Dealing with deliveries.
-
Leading a small team within the branch.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30am-16:30pm with 1hrs break. 1 in 3 Saturday and the rota basis 08:00-12:00 paid as overtime.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Previous industry or merchant experience and knowledge in plumbing/heating products

Prior experience in a Face to Face customer service/sales environment.

Previous experience as a supervisor – essential.

To be a team player who is happy to take on a diverse role to carry out all jobs in the branch to ensure it runs smoothly.

Keenness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
