- Applicants from management level down — including senior buyers, deal originators, negotiators, and operational specialists
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the property acquisition process
- Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to personal and business growth
