What you’ll do
- Lead from the front, delivering an incredible Sunglass Hut experience.
- Create a high energy, feel good culture where teams thrive.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to smash sales and celebrate wins.
- Support daily store operations and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Help attract great talent with personality, confidence and style.
What you’ll bring
- Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
- A proven track record of driving sales and team performance
- Confidence, strong people skills and positive energy
- Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with fast moving retail
