Junior Legal PA (Luxembourg)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Legal PA to join an outstanding US law firm in their Luxembourg office. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to support 3 busy Partners alongside a team of high-performing lawyers.

Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management and act as a gatekeeper for fee earners
- Draft correspondence and documents where appropriate e.g. emails, event invites, engagement letters etc.
- Amend, convert, and reformat documents and process mark-ups
- Create and amend pitch documents in PowerPoint
- Organise travel arrangements for fee earner meetings and events, including domestic and international travel
- Arrange internal and external client meetings, including room bookings and organising lunches
- Open new matters and assist fee earners with conflict checks
- Assist with fee earner time recording and billing task / queries when required
Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal Assistant / PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm is essential
- Certificate or Diploma in a Secretarial Course Level BAC+3 is preferable
- Strong Word Processing skills, including experience with automatic paragraph numbering
- IT literate with advanced Microsoft office skills
- Language skills: Very good English
- Desirable: Fluency in French and/or German
