Residential Conveyancer
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a growing and forward-thinking legal practice?
We're seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Managing residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Delivering excellent client service throughout the transaction
About You
- Previous residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage your own caseload
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Client-centric approach
