We’re currently recruiting reliable, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team at Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving school community.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.
- Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
- Support students with their learning and development as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.
This role is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, or individuals considering a career in education who want to gain valuable classroom experience.
