Newstaff Employment Services is seeking motivated and reliable Line Operatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by working efficiently on the production line to ensure products are assembled, packaged, and transported correctly. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team to meet daily production targets.
As a Line Operative, duties will include operating machinery, handling materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe workplace. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required.

Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm or Tuesday to Friday 8am to 8pm
Pay: £12.95 per hour plus a 5% shift premium for all hours and days worked £13.60 per hour
