The temporary placement will last 3 months.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across the site. Your duties will include:
- Repairing leaks, burst pipes, and faulty plumbing systems
- Installing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, and associated pipework
- Maintaining hot and cold water systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Unblocking drains and resolving drainage issues
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with on-site teams and accurately recording completed work
Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Pay: £22- £24 p/hr We do not pay CIS.
Contract: Temporary| Temp to Perm
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Plumbing
- Proven experience in a maintenance plumbing role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on a single-site operation
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage workload effectively.
