Employment Solicitor – Surrey
A well-established regional firm on the West London–Surrey border is seeking a 2–3 PQE Employment Solicitor to join its growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad mix of employee and employer matters while playing a key role in expanding the firm’s employer client base.
You’ll receive hands-on support and guidance to help you develop into a recognised figure within employment law from a partner who is recognised as such. You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly team that values your contribution, supports your development and offers clear pathways for career progression.

Your caseload will include (but is not limited to):
- Restrictive covenants
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination
- Redundancy
- Whistleblowing
- TUPE
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years’ PQE in private practice
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law
- Interest in business development alongside the head of department
