We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and successful surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor seeking a part-time position with the flexibility of remote working, supported by a well-established business with a strong reputation in the residential property sector.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Conduct residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Produce accurate, professional survey reports using industry-leading technology
- Manage your workload efficiently within a fixed geographical area
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
- Meet personal income and productivity targets
- Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
- Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
- Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
- AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reports
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
What's on Offer?
- £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (pro rata) for AssocRICS qualified Surveyors or above
- £60,000 – £70,000 OTE (pro rata)
