Recruit UK are working with a boutique financial planning firm in South Birmingham who are looking to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the firm's Financial Planners and Paraplanners, helping to ensure the smooth running of the client journey and day-to-day operations.
Duties will include:
• Providing administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
• Preparing and processing annual review letters
• Managing client relationships and handling client queries
• Inbox and email management
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Answering and directing telephone enquiries
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
