What You'll Be Doing…
In teachers absence, you'll:
- Supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson materials
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Ensure students remain engaged and on task
- Report back to teaching staff following lessons
What You'll Need…
- Confidence working with secondary-aged students
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
