Job Title: Teacher of Computing and Digital Technologies
Location: Leyland
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £33,166 – £51,691 per annum (+ up to £3,679 for Course Leader responsibilities)

- Deliver engaging teaching across Computing and Digital Technology programmes
- Support learners to achieve strong academic outcomes and progression opportunities
- Contribute to curriculum development and course innovation
- Potential to take on Course Leader responsibilities for suitable candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons across allocated courses
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to drive achievement
- Support learners with guidance, pastoral care and progression advice
- Engage with employers, schools and partners to enhance curriculum delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computing or a related subject
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or willingness to achieve)
- Experience delivering teaching or training in a relevant area
- Strong IT skills and ability to deliver engaging, learner-focused sessions
