We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Bolsover Castle in Derbyshire. The role is full-time and permanent.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced food and beverage professional to manage all aspects of our catering operations at Bolsover Castle – including food safety, cost control, compliance, menu planning and generating in excess of £300,000 income p.a. We are looking for a natural leader who thrives on managing a diverse team to perform successfully and deliver a memorable service experience for our visitors.
