Our client is a well-respected builders merchant with branches across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 multidrop area deliver driver based out of their Cricklewood branch. This is a full time permanent position</strong>; the role includes:
- Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
- Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
- Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
- Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
- Working in the yard and warehouse
- Serving customers
- Supporting your team mates
You don't need to know about the products or the industry as full training will be provided; all you need is to:
- Have Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence
- Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Be a big team player
- Have a really positive attitude
- Be reliable and enthusiastic
- Enjoy talking to lots of different people
