IPS Group
Regional Development Manager – Cyber Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham (Remote with Regional Travel) Salary to £70,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package
IPS Group is working with an insurance organisation to recruit a Regional Development Manager to support the continued growth of their Cyber proposition across the UK & Ireland.
This is a highly visible, market-facing role focused on driving growth through broker engagement, relationship development, and increasing cyber activity across the regional market. You’ll play a key role in strengthening existing partnerships, onboarding new brokers, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
In this role, your focus will be on developing and managing broker relationships, acting as the face of the Cyber proposition across the regional market. You’ll spend time in the market meeting brokers, attending events, and supporting training and education to build awareness and understanding of the cyber offering.
We’re looking to speak with individuals from a broker, BDM or relationship-focused insurance background, with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to build partnerships. Cyber experience is beneficial but not essential – personality, credibility and the ability to represent a proposition in the market are key.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a fast-growing specialist area, in a role that is highly commercial, visible, and focused on long-term cyber growth.
The role is fully remote with regular travel across the regions, including time in London a couple of days each month to stay aligned with the wider team.
