Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Hodge Hill from September 2026 on a full-time, ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to supporting young children's development during their early years education. The successful candidate will have experience working with children aged 3-4 years within an educational setting and will play a key role in helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or a related field
- Previous experience working with children aged 3-4 years within an educational setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
