Enfranchisement Solicitor – London/Surrey
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a dynamic team in south London/Surrey.
If you're a skilled Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor interested in joining a firm that offers great flexibility and generous bonuses, read on.
You'd be working in a close knit team, with a good mix of experience levels.
The role has come about due to an increase in work in leasehold enfranchisement and the team now needs another Senior Fee-Earner to help support its clients.
What you should bring:
- Proven experience in handling complex leasehold enfranchisement matters
- Ability to provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on topics such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022
- Proficient in managing tribunal or court applications when required
- Contribute to the expansion and success of the firm
