About the Role
We are recruiting Picker Packers for a leading organisation in Welham Green. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability.
You will work within either the Sample Team or Fabric Cutting Team, supporting production. In the Sample Team, duties include cutting fabric samples, packing them, and preparing them for dispatch with a high level of accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders with accuracy
- Safely lifting, moving, and storing goods
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Assisting with stock checks and documentation
- Following all health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail and basic maths skills
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must have own safety boots

- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
- On-site subsidised canteen
- Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Fridays 8:30am–4:30pm
