Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools

The Supply Register is working in partnership with Acer Trust, recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a number of welcoming primary schools in Oxfordshire, including Botley School, Glory Farm Primary School, Watlington Primary School, Chalgrove Community Primary School, and Stadhampton Primary School.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development, helping them to build confidence, achieve their potential, and thrive within the classroom environment. These schools offer supportive staff teams, inclusive learning environments, and excellent opportunities to gain valuable experience within education.
Key Responsibilities – Teaching Assistant:
- Provide classroom, 1:1, and small group support to pupils across the primary age range
- Support children with additional learning needs and help remove barriers to learning
- Work closely with teachers to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting
- A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
