Job Description:
- Producing detailed CAD drawings for manufacture and installation (2D & 3D where required)
- Translating client briefs and design concepts into technically feasible solutions
- Working closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable
- Creating technical packs, layouts, and production-ready drawings
- Supporting project teams with problem-solving and design improvements
- Managing revisions, updates, and timelines across multiple live projects
Beneficial Skills / Experience:
- Strong CAD experience (AutoCAD essential; SolidWorks or similar desirable)
- Background in signage, fabrication, metalwork, or similar manufacturing environments
- A practical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and installation constraints
- The ability to interpret briefs quickly and spot issues before they become costly problems
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset
- Confidence communicating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
