Whether you are already teaching or looking to step into education for the first time, full support and training will be provided to help you transition into a successful teaching career. The role will involve delivering both practical and theoretical Electrical Installation teaching across a range of levels, supporting learners in workshops and classrooms, and helping apprentices and students build the knowledge, confidence and practical ability needed to succeed within industry.
This role is ideal for a qualified Electrician with strong industry experience who is looking for a long-term, stable and highly rewarding career where they can pass on their expertise and positively impact future generations.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging practical and theory-based teaching in Electrical Installations * Support full-time students and apprentices across a range of levels * Provide learner support, mentoring and progress reviews * Contribute to curriculum delivery, development and learner success * Complete associated administrative duties to support teaching, learning and assessment * Full teacher training and qualifications provided if required
The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) * Industry experience within Electrical Installations or the wider electrical sector * Up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations / 18th Edition desirable * Passionate about developing others and sharing industry knowledge * No teaching experience required – full support and training available * Based within a commutable distance of Huntingdon
