Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Aspire People is currently recruiting Primary School Teaching Assistants to work in some of our Ofsted Outstanding partner schools across the Loughborough area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and inspiring network of educators, making a daily impact in vibrant and welcoming primary school settings.
Role Overview:
Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
Assisting with the preparation of resources and classroom displays
Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, inclusive environment
Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas Pay: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available for immediate or September start
You must have:
Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
