Taskmaster Resources Ltd is currently recruiting for a Heat Treatment Operative on behalf of our client based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company, offering competitive pay and regular overtime.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment
- Loading and unloading metal components safely and efficiently
- Monitoring furnace temperatures and treatment cycles
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Completing production records and documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
- Experience within heat treatment, engineering, or metal processing environments would be advantageous
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude
Pay Rate:
- £14.97 per hour
- Overtime paid at time and a half
Working Hours: Rotating weekly shifts:
Monday to Friday
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
