The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Car Sales Executive to join a successful premium German franchised dealership in Tring.

Representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving vehicle sales, finance and ancillary product targets. This role offers strong earning potential, high-quality stock and excellent career development within a prestigious dealer group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
  • Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions
  • Presenting finance, insurance and additional products
  • Maintaining accurate records using the dealership CRM system
  • Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity
  • Achieving vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the brand range

About You

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
  • A professional and consultative sales approach
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-presented and highly motivated
  • Full UK driving licence
