The role
As Packaging Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of new product development. From concept to launch, you’ll lead projects that combine technical precision with creative flair. Your work will influence how products look, feel, and perform—while ensuring sustainability and compliance every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Drive packaging projects from idea to execution, collaborating with Brand and Development teams.
- Develop innovative packaging solutions aligned with factory capabilities and market trends.
- Select materials and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead trials, validate performance, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Champion continuous improvement and explore cutting-edge technologies.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The candidate
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Packaging Development or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing packaging projects, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging systems and ISO 9001 standards.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
