Description
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on financial matters.
- Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
- Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance teams as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification or relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
