Responsibilities
- Support senior team on multi-jurisdiction healthcare transactions from evaluation to close
- Build and maintain financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projects
- Prepare investment materials, assist with term sheets and shareholder agreement processes
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreams
- Liaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentation
- Maintain disciplined project management, tracking actions, timelines and dependencies
- Contribute to capital raising with detailed analysis, data rooms and investor materials
- Prepare board and partner materials; manage regular reporting deliverables
- Travel for extended periods in-country to support negotiations and implementation
- Work with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target setting
Requirements
- 4–7 years in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy
- Healthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage)
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and feasibility analysis skills
- Experience of complex, multi-party and cross-border transactions
- Familiarity with legal documentation and shareholder agreements
- Willing and able to relocate to Dubai; extensive travel across emerging markets
- Comfortable operating in a lean team without large support infrastructure
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
- Cultural adaptability and resilience; builds relationships across diverse stakeholders
