Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver with HIAB licence to join a well-established and reputable national client, SIG Roofing. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and consistent weekday hours.
This role is ideal for a professional driver who has experience with HIAB crane operations and is looking for long-term stability within a growing organisation.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
- No weekend work required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for deliveries
- Use HIAB crane equipment to load and unload roofing materials
- Deliver goods to customer sites in a professional and timely manner
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service as a representative of the business
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- HIAB licence (essential)
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or roofing materials
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
