As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, or Finance Administration role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes including processing invoices, payment runs and query management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive supplier relationships.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting systems.
