Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce professional to take ownership of a growing online sales operation across both direct-to-consumer channels and major UK marketplaces.
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce journey, ensuring online platforms are optimised, performing effectively and delivering a first-class customer experience.
This exciting role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business, working closely with marketing, category, customer service and operational teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce journey across B2C websites and online marketplaces.
- Optimise product listings, content and customer experience to maximise conversion.
- Analyse ecommerce performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and monitor digital and retail media spend.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, accurate content and efficient fulfilment.
- Support marketplace relationships and attend occasional industry events and customer meetings.
- Drive improvements across ecommerce processes, systems and reporting.
About You:
- Proven experience managing the full ecommerce customer journey within a B2C environment.
- Ideally experience using Linnworks and Virtualstock (highly desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working across online marketplaces and Ecommerce platforms.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and work across multiple departments.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive improvements.
