Support will be provided by an experienced Teaching and Learning Lead and a highly supportive leadership team, but this role is best suited to an established Primary Teacher rather than an ECT.
The Role
The Primary Teacher will:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
- Establish clear routines and high expectations for behaviour
- Create a nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel supported to succeed
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs
- Work collaboratively with leaders to drive strong outcomes

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who:
- Holds QTS and has successful UK primary teaching experience
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
- Is consistent, resilient and highly organised
- Understands the importance of nurturing relationships alongside academic achievement
- Can work independently within a one-form entry setting
The school has found that pupils have responded particularly well to positive male role models in recent years and would therefore welcome applications from suitable male teachers, alongside applications from all qualified candidates.
What the School Offers
- Inner London MPS salary
- Supportive and approachable leadership team
- Strong focus on staff wellbeing
- Well-established behaviour systems
- A caring school community with a nurture-based approach
